  • Accurate PH meter

  • PH meter adopts advanced technology and components, with a built-in glass electrode of the high sensitivity of 0.2mm thickness, which can quickly sense and test the liquid H+ ion, and the chip can timely collect data and display accurate levels.

  • How to Calibrate

    1. Before calibration, add the pH4.00/pH6.86/pH9.18 buffer powder into the beaker with 250ml of distilled water, then stir until the powder has completely dissolved.

    2. Press the ON/OFF button to turn on the meter.

    3. Put the electrode into pH4.00/pH6.86/pH9.18 standard solution, waiting for the readings to stabilize (usually 5~10 Seconds).

    4. Press and hold the CAL/ATC button and release after 6 seconds.

    5. Until the readings of pH4.00/pH6.86/pH9.18 are no longer flashing, the calibration of pH4.00/pH6.86/pH9.18 is

Ionix Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
  • Customers may request to cancel an order before it is shipped from our warehouse.
  • Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are no longer allowed.

  • If an order is canceled after placement but before shipment, a full refund (minus payment gateway charges) will be issued. The amount will reflect in your account within 3-4 business days.
2. Refusing Delivery After Shipment

If the product has already been shipped and the buyer refuses to accept delivery, a refund may be processed only under these conditions:

  • The buyer must return the product without opening the original packaging.
  • The following charges will be deducted from the refund:
    1. Platform fees (payment gateway charges paid by the company).
    2. Packing charges.
    3. To and For courier charges (for shipping the product to and from the buyer's location).

Once the returned package is received and inspected to confirm the original packaging is unopened, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, deducting the applicable costs.

3. No Return or Refund After Package Acceptance
  • Once the buyer accepts the delivery and opens the package, returns or refunds are not allowed.
  • Even if the product remains unused, refunds are not possible once the packaging is opened.
